Side effects from tamsulosin (Flomax) may include but are not limited to:

Headache
Back pain
Chest pain
Dizziness
Insomnia
Decreased libido
Cough
Sinusitis
Diarrhea
Nausea
Tooth disorder
Blurred vision
Abnormal ejaculation
