Adverse Reactions

Side effects that may occur with diclofenac include but are not limited to:

  • Dizziness
  • Rash
  • Tinnitus
  • Abdominal pain/cramping
  • Nausea
  • Vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Constipation
  • Flatulence
  • Peptic ulcer
  • Hypertension (high blood pressure), which may lead to heart failure
  • Dry mouth
  • Bloody diarrhea
  • Insomnia
  • Drowsiness
  • Anxiety
  • Irritability
  • Asthma
  • Blurred vision
  • Hearing loss
  • Chest pain
  • Bruising
  • Nightmares
  • Memory disturbance
  • Excess sweating
