Studies show that taking 250 to 400 mg of tamarindus indica yields optimal results, while a person needs about 500-10,000 mg of turmeric or 560 mg of mangosteen daily to be effective. Since the Tamasteen blend only has 300mg of ingredients (in total), it may not produce the desired effects instantly and may require more prolonged usage.

Vitamin C – 50 mg

Joint Food sources its Vitamin C content from the Barbados cherry (Malipighia punicifolia), and makes up 50 mg with a daily value of 56%. The recommended daily amount of vitamin C for adults varies depending on the sex – men need 90 mg, while adults need 75 mg.

Proprietary Blend – 367 mg

(Bromelain, boswellia, collagen (type II), methylsulfonylmethane, hyaluronic acid, cetyl myristoleate)

Like the Tamasteen™ blend, Joint Food’s proprietary blend has an impressive array of beneficial ingredients to joint health; however, at only 367 mg, their dosages aren’t enough to yield results.
