  1. For reducing salivary cortisol levels as compared to a placebo
  2. For improving deep sleep time
  3. For increasing total sleep time compared to baseline
  4. For improved sleep quality and efficiency as measured by PSQI
  5. For improved overall well-being as measured by POMS

It is, therefore, a safe supplement that you can use for 24-hour support for better sleep quality and efficiency at night and improved mood and overall well-being during the day.
